From a very young age, David learned the importance of customer service and satisfaction. He spent his youth working in various service positions across Genesee, Oakland, and Lapeer counties. He learned that building a relationship with the customer is crucial to success. Getting to know your customer allows you to understand what they are looking to accomplish, within their budget, and consistently deliver a product/service that not only meets but exceeds their expectations.
This love for service led him to his next line of work in real estate and property management. Being from the Flint area David has a passion for its rehabilitation and ability to thrive. He wanted to provide affordable, accommodating and safe housing that would better the community and the lives of its inhabitants. Thus, the past 15 years David has worked to rehabilitate housing in Flint. During this time David once again went back to his roots of customer service, getting to know each of his tenants and their unique situations. This allowed him to ensure that they were able to secure and maintain the best housing for themselves and their family. |
